Mizeleingzelo is the official crown inheriter of her mother, Queen Ka-ri de Megazone. When she was 12-year-old girl, she had to escape from Mars with her best friend of the time, Venom Predator and she ended up to crash-land on Earth, in the Province of Quebec in Canada. She died in that crash when an iron bar trusted through her chest, ripping a part of her heart too.
Some time after her crash and death, her Protector Queen let her return among the living ones via rebirth into a human child. She should have waited a bit longer, be more patient with her choise, since she got a bad childhood thanx to her human grandfather named Jacob Browns. Around the are of 16 she turned back to a mouse and headed to Chicago where she met the Biker Mice for the first time (after her first childhood on Mars). Instant recognition between the age long enemy families brought out the flames of hatred which drove the Biker Mice in danger and got Mizeleingzelo among her own people, who with suspicious mids, took her and Venom back with them.
A bit over a year from that Mizeleingzelo had proven herself to the family and taken the weight of the crown on her shoulders and she was stepping to the altar with Venom Predator, who she had realized to love romantically too besides the friendship they had shared all that time they had known each other. The happiness of the freshly married couple didn`t unfortunately last more than 3 months when the Queen Death came to pick up her mate and Mizeleingzelo was left alone, carrying their then unborn son, VinnerPeace in her womb. Her sorrow was touched by Modo who became very close support for her and they were getting married around year after the birth of VinnerPeace. The wedding ceremony was interupted by the return of Venom and Mizeleingzelo had to face unpleasant feelings when she had already mostly given up from the feelings for him, managed to weaken the sorrow in her heart and started to live a new life where Modo was taking the place of being a father to VinnerPeace. Eternal Marriage anyway did force her to return to Venom against her will, but she had now bigger things to worry about than the returned life partner.

Venom`s return meant a new war was to break besides the war they already had against the Plutarkians; it was now the war against the formerly deceased family-members and some living ones, who were supporting the old religion of the Protector Gods. Mizeleingzelo had a hard place to choose, but she chose to leave the old religion and rise against her Protector Goddess, Queen Death and her grandmother Whiptail, and Whiptail`s mother Ironheart. During those war-events she ended up together again with Modo and in the circumstances where they were, they couldn`t fight against their feelings and desires, which resulted 10 months later the birth of LightShadow de Megazone. Unfortunately the baby LightShadow was born handicapped, which brough a great shame on Mizeleingzelo and she tried to do everything to hide her son`s mistakes. Venom had hard time to accept and forgive Mizeleingzelo`s trip with Modo, until he himself had faced times horrible enough to force him to ask the help from Mizeleingzelo. After all, they had now on their shoulders the existance of Hardgo and Honda Hopper, who were brought to them by their mother Aston Hopper, who was escaping the furious vampire mice since they knew that if she would success to have children with a non-vampire, they would be the first ordinary mice of the Kraiser-Predator clan.
