After seven years - no news behind the disappearance of Dorothy Pitcher (age 47) and her daughter Danielle Pitcher (age 14). They were last seen on Sunday, May 23rd, 1993 while walking from their home to the RV Park store at the corner of Highway 666, (now 191) and Highway 181, in Sunizona - Arizona.

They were last spotted on their route home by friends driving by.  There has been rumor of an old van with Colorado license plates.  Dorothy was planning on walking to the store for a pack of cigarettes for her husband (Jack Pitcher) after her children had returned home from church.  Upon her decision to take the 3 mile walk to the store, she asked her daughter, Danielle, if she would like to go along.  That was the last time that they were seen by their family. A possible sighting at the store and the scent from the police dogs place them to the RV Store and a mile and a half along the route that they would have taken on their return trip home.

There has been nothing to report within the investigation at this time, except that there is two possible suspects. If anyone may have information regarding this case you may contact:
