Here's to you and here's to me
I pray that friends we'll always be,
But if by chance we disagree,
The heck with you and here's to me! |

Try thinking of the Chakra in terms of the elements, earth, air, fire and water when deciding upon how to produce the best results, according to color associations. For instance, if you are ill and you have a fever, the condition is already "hot" and needs to some cooling down. Red is hot like fire, so you wouldn't use red associations. You would check the corresponding associations instead and use something like green (4th chakra) or blue (5th chakra. These colors are cool like water, so they would be a good choice to bring down that fever. If you will take a look below, you will see that I have set up the associate colors so that you won't have a hard time finding what to use, although if these colors don't seem "right" to you, just remember that I am the one that chose them and use your own intuition to choose your own.
