FOODS
Red, orange, and yellow foods have an alkaline effect, while blue, indigo, and violet foods have an acid one. Green foods have neither. They are neutral. I do believe that what goes in your body affects the outcome. If you use "fuel" that is quality, then you will get better performance and great mileage. "Low-grade oils" or sugary, starchy foods have a similar effect when abused and can cause all kinds of problems with your engine, including poor circulation, bad health, heart problems etc. So be careful with what goes in your body. You want the best that you can have.

Foods: Fruits and berries, apricots, butter, egg yolks, carrots, sweet corn, grapefruit, mango, melons, yellow-skinned fruit,s and vegetables
Spleen Chakra: (Color: Orange, brown) Right: To feel (sensation)

Root Chakra: (Color: Red, black) Right: To be or To have
