The full moon is a time of celebration. Celebrate the energy in your life, and the growth that has been achieved up until this time and concentrate on those you desire to achieve in the future. The full moon is a time when you celebrate completion of the goals in your life and make new ones. If you plan magick during this time, focus on increasing magick. (drawing to you)

Make sure you have your altar set up the way you want it with any correspondences gathered together beforehand. Remember that this is for the benefit of your "mind" and unnecessary unless you desire it. If you are a beginner, I suggest using it as you will need all the help you can get when performing any kind of magick until you are more practiced.

Now do a cleansing ritual and meditate. Calm and clear your mind. Use self-hypnosis if you needed to prepare yourself.

Next proceed to draw your circle by extending your power hand and focusing your energy on drawing the circle. Begin by envisioning the room you are in as being surrounded by a brilliant, blue light as you turn deosil around it. Enclose yourself in the circle. (You can also use other means if you wish such as salt or rope etc.)

( Now circle the room clockwise three times with Frankincense, sage or other incense. If you are allergic to such things, simply do not use it. Instead visualize it.)

INVOKING OF THE ELEMENTS

(FACING EAST: Light the candle.)

Blessed be the spirit of air
I call upon you as I light this candle
Lend me your divine inspiration.

(FACING SOUTH: Light the candle.)

Blessed be the spirit of fire
I call upon you as I light this candle
Lend me your divine protection.

(FACING WEST: Light the candle.)

Blessed be the spirit of water
I call upon you as I light this candle
Lend me your divine powers of healing.

(FACING NORTH: Light the candle.)

Blessed be the spirit of earth
I call upon you as I light this candle
Lend me your divine wisdom.

Now invoke the Goddess. (Say this as you light the candle.)

Gracious Goddess,
I call upon you as I light this candle
Lend me your divine inspiration and protection.
Aid me with your divine powers of healing and wisdom.
I beseech thee,
Guide me with your divine hand of love.

(First take care of any leftover business from previous rituals.)

Now sit or kneel before your altar quietly and examine your life and decide on needed improvements. Say a silent prayer of thanks for all that you have accomplished ths far. Next write a wish that you want to accomplish this year, focusing on it intently, and then place it inside the envelope. (Do not seal it.) Lay it on your altar, near the candle you have chosen for this purpose.

Light the Candle of your Purpose and say this:

Candle of Power, Candle of Might
I lay my desires before you...

(Focus on the flames and imagine your wish being fulfilled. Repeat the above verse. Keep your concentration. Meditate on this purpose. Visualize this wish coming true. Once again repeat the above verse. See yourself doing whatever you wish to do or whatever the case may be...This is the most important part of this spell. Visualize this clearly and intensely. See it. Hear it. Smell and taste it, but most of all lend your emotions to it, and FEEL it! Maintain your focus!!)

Then say:

Sacred Lady of the Moon
Who greets the dusk with silvered kisses;
Mistress of the night and of all magick,
who rides the clouds in blackened skies
Sparkling in the moonlight still
and spills her light of blessings upon me;
I pray in thy honor.
As Above, So Below,
As the Universe, so the Soul,
From within, From without,
Many Blessings to thee.

Now seal your envelope and rise. Release the elements:

Depart in peace, spirit of earth
thank you for your wisdom.

(FACING WEST)

Depart in peace, spirit of water
thank you for your healing

(FACING SOUTH)

Depart in peace, spirit of fire
thank you for your protection.

(FACING EAST)

(Open the Circle. Take your envelope and place it in a safe place to be opened later. One of the best places might be under your pillow where you can reinforce your wish nightly. The best magick is repetitive. And now you are finished.)
