Pain that seems to continue

Those feelings from within
Feelings that want to surface
That make you want to begin...
 
 

Begin that healing process
And learn to trust again
Knowing that each person is different
We are not all the same...
 
 

The pain does soon fade and go away
And your heart will break free
As you learn to let the love back in
As you open your heart to see...
 

See that all people are different
No two people are the same
For only then can you see
That it's time to let go of the pain...
 

For I too have been there
Felt the pain so deep
Wondered if the pain would end
As my heart continued to weep...
 

But time is a great healer
And trust begins again
When we meet other people
And allow love to take away the pain...
 

So when in doubt or in fear
Know that we can meet again
And if we let love grow from this
There is so much for us to gain...
