This is one of the most important items you can take in this game. Armor is displayed by the numbers next to the shield symbol, the second symbol from the left, (the first one is health, and the third one is time left in the round.) Armor helps protect you from damage, and it does work. What is confusing is sometimes you will get shot and die, and you will still have 97 out of 100 armor. First of all, real rifle rounds can go through real armor, and this game is very realistic. For this reason, some people say there is no point to buying armor, and they never do. What they don't know is while the armor didn't stop the bullet, it did lessen the damage that it did, so where one shot would have killed you, it may take five.
