What’s Love Got To Do With It?“This is love
[agape], that we walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment,

What Love’s Got To Do With It? Everything, for God the Creator of all, is Love. God says love is keeping His commandments, obeying His Word. That brings love out of the spiritual and the supernatural into the natural, into something we can see and feel. But God has done more than just define love for you, He has given you instructions so that you can crucify your selfish flesh and learn how to love as He loves. By giving you His Word in the Bible, God has given you His bestselling love book, His Kama Sutra, and all you have to do is follow it to the letter and you’ll be walking in love, the God kind of love that the Greeks call agape. If you’ve made Jesus Christ the Lord of your life, you’ve taken the first step toward love for the agape of God has been born within you. But unless you develop it, that love will remain dormant. Love works in much the same way as your muscles or the force of faith. Like faith, love becomes active through knowledge of the Word of God and like your muscles, love will only grow if you pump iron and feed it with Soul Food. Become The Lover, not like Jane March or Tony Leung of the Hollywood variety, but by confessing and acting on God’s Word every day. As you meditate on scriptures from the Bible particularly the Love Chapter of 1 Corinthians 13, see yourself living the love life and walking in accordance with and guided by the Word of God.
