The Enforcer“The young lions lack and suffer hunger; but those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing.” (Psalm 34:10) The Bible promises there is no lack for us believers for everything we could ever need, every problem we could ever face has been covered by the precious Blood of Jesus. His exceedingly great promises in His Word have supplied it all. Why then are so many barely getting by, living hand to mouth in the land of not enough? Because they are still spiritual babies (Hebrews 5:13), not skillful in enforcing the Word of righteousness. It takes more skills than Clint Eastwood and Dirty Harry put together to be The Enforcer of the Word of God. We can’t just sling the Word around and try to use it like Billy Bob Thornton in Sling Blade. We can’t just say Like a Prayer like Madonna and then cross our fingers and expect it to be answered. If you are Missing In Action like Chuck Norris in any area of your life like healing, relationships, finances or whatever, develop your Word skills where that area is concerned. Get out your Bible like Dirty Harry gets out his 44 magnum and Go Ahead, let God Make Your Day. Meditate on the healing and prosperity scriptures, the miracles, the deliverance, increase, promotion and favor promises of God. Study the covenants and the blessings of Abraham and ask God to enlighten you about your situation. Don’t just sling the Word around, but dig way below Six Feet Under into it, and keep on digging. Fellowship with God and let Him show you how to use the Word skillfully, and eventually, you’ll enforce satan’s defeat, you can have it all because you’ll lack no good thing.
