“Oh give thanks to the LORD for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.” (Psalm 136:1)

Unlike Richard Gere, Kim Basinger and many others who have No Mercy, God's mercy and lovingkindness endure forever. God's love and willingness to bless, provide and protect is legendary and His mercy never runs out and has never been abated or adulterated. God loves it when we say "Praise the Lord! His mercy endures forever!" God inhabits the praises of His people. Great and powerful things happened when Israel said those words for they are words of praise and adoration to God. When King Solomon finished building the temple, singers and trumpeteers lifted their voices as one,
and with trumpets, cymbals, and other musical instruments, they praised God saying, "Give thanks to the LORD for He is good, for His mercy endures forever." Likewise, King Jehoshaphat appointed singers to go before the army and say, "Praise the LORD! For His mercy endures forever." and as result he was victorious over his enemies.

Do you want to receive the mercy of God every day? Do you want to taste of His love and compassion for you? God said in His Word that His mercy extends to a thousand generations, and so His mercy continues to bless us today. God is still loaded with mercy for anyone with enough faith to call on Him. Bless God with praise and thanksgiving. Worship Him in spirit and in truth, that is, according to the Word of God for His Word is truth (John 17:17). Meditate on His promises of mercy, goodness and compassion
in the Bible and stretch your faith to receive the endless mercy of God. God's mercy are made fresh and new for us every morning. No matter how busy you are with the business of life, thank God for His surely goodness and mercy that follow you all the days of your life (Psalm 23:6) and say, "God is so good and His mercy endures forever. God's goodness and mercy follow me and surround me like a shield and if God is for me, who can be against me?"
