I
Wanna Use Your Hand
I will cry
out to God Most High, to God who performs all things for me. Unlike the Beatles
who just Wanna Hold Your Hand, God wants to use your hand to do great
and mighty exploits for Him. You don't have to look in the mirror or
your past and think you can't do anything. God doesn't call the qualified,
He qualifies the called. God can impart wisdom, wealth, desire, favor,
energy and ability to you. God can use whatever is in your hand, just
as He used the shepherd's staff in Moses' hand to part the Red Sea to
deliver the children of Israel. You may wonder what God can do with
your hand. You can fold your hands and pray for God wants to perform
wonderful things for you when you cry out to Him with your whole heart.
You can praise as God inhabits the praises of His people. Start praising
Him, especially when times are tough, so you can experience His presence.
When Moses was on Sinai for Forty Days And Forty Nights, his face shined
with the glory of God and he didn't want to leave because God's presence Enter into His
gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful
to Him, and bless His name (Psalm 100:4). God is looking for people
who are thankful and desire His presence more than anything else. After
thanking Him, praising Him and blessing His Name, you can always sow
for 2 Corinthians 9:10 says that God will put seed in your hand as a
sower so you can sow, because that's His way to get you the abundant
harvest so you can sow again if you don't eat all your seed. If you're
not a sower and have no desire to finance the preaching of the gospel,
God will not put any seed into your hand. Sow what's in your hand, your
time, your talent, your treasure. Lastly, you can serve God right where
you are, and He will show you what to do. If you are willing and obedient,
you shall eat the good of the land (Isaiah 1:19). I don't have many
talents, but I did what needed to be done to preach the Word of God
in season and out of season. When God uses a nobody who doesn't know
anybody, then He and He Copyright © 2002 Eddy Ministries. All rights reserved. Subscribe/Unsubscribe:
