Prince of EgyptHe [God] called for a famine in the land; He destroyed all the provision of bread; He sent a man before them Joseph, who was sold as a slave. They hurt his feet with fetters, he was laid in irons, until the time that his word came to pass, the word of the LORD tested him. The king sent and released him, the ruler of people let him go free. (Psalm 105:16-20) As war is erupting in the Middle East, God is busy is raising up modern day Josephs in the world today. Some are still in the pit, while others are heading toward the palace and fruitfulness. Egypt represents the wealth of the wicked world system, an evil empire ruled by the axis of evil money, power and SELF. What does it take for a person to become a modern day Joseph, a Prince of Egypt? It takes years of preparation and testing in the real world, not the animation of Dreamworks, to be a Prince of Egypt. A true Joseph is a
provider and edifier both spiritually and materially for those who need
salvation. It is a person who understands that he is simply a manager
or steward of all that God has entrusted to him. It is a person who
has humility and a broken and contrite heart before God. Modern day
Josephs are prepared through their own versions of bruised feet, with
shackles and necks put in irons. It is often through the adversity of
failed finances, failed marriages, failed businesses, failed relationships,
sick bodies and broken dreams. These are the things that try us the
most, the things God uses to allow the Josephs of our day to be tested
by the Word of the LORD. After 911, God is raising up a few Josephs to prepare for a worldwide economic earthquake to receive the wealth of the wicked to fund the end time harvest of souls. Billions of Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists, casual Christians and atheists need to be saved. Wall Street, Madison Avenue, Vegas, Washington DC and Hollywood are in dire need of salvation. Are you willing to allow God to do whatever it takes for you to become a true Joseph? Ask God today to do whatever it takes to fully use your gifts and talents for His Kingdom.
