This is the evil Sarinatan, created by Steven. This was a line drawing that was coloured in Paint Shop Pro, so the colours look a bit tacky and the background is rather flat and dull. Sarinatan is a mix breed of peaceful dragon, demon, and sinister dragon, he chose to side with the sinister dragons and he uses this skull to harness his powers, not to quote Hamlet by Shakespeare.
