Fast Recovery Approximately 65% of the money recovered by us is collected within
the first 30 days. We move quickly and can immediately identify if an
“account gone bad” is because your debtor is unwilling or simply is unable
to pay you. If they are unwilling we can usually effect payment
immediately. If they are unable, we will explore payment plans or alternate arrangements.
Our fast recovery is also due, in part, to our client’s understanding of the importance of not waiting too long to place an account. Our
representatives help our clients to recognize warning signs on accounts that are not paying. Understand, very little can be done to recover your company’s money when the telephone is disconnected, mail is returned with no forwarding, bank has liquidated debtor’s assets, bankruptcy is filed, or the debtor has skipped out. Debt is not like wine, it does not get better with
age.
Ask yourself:
How many of my customers are not returning my calls?
Who has promised to pay me multiple times and still has me waiting?
Who has given a frivolous dispute when it came time to pay?
Who is purchasing from me on C.O.D. but still has an open balance?
Whether we use a soft approach and re-establish your debtor as a
paying customer, or go in full throttle, our mission is to collect our clients’
money as quickly as possible with the least amount of irritation to all
concerned parties. Our goal is to achieve closure on all accounts placed
with Tanner & McKinley, Inc. We will collect our clients’ money
or sue on our clients’ behalf and report the debtor to a credit-reporting
agency. A debtor placed with Tanner & McKinley, Inc. will be
held accountable for their credit commitments.
