our letterhead on our clients’ behalf. The debtor is instructed to remit
payment to our client or face our involvement. If the debtor pays within the
10 day period there is no fee or charge whatsoever. If the debt is not paid
within the allotted 10 day time frame the debtor will then be placed with us
