When Dona Margarita Gomez-Acebo became Queen Margarita on her wedding day she wore the same tiara as her sister-in-law Princess Marie Louise of Bulgaria did on her first wedding.
Miriam Ungria and Carla Royo-Villanova wore the same tiara when they became Princesses of Bulgaria.
