Imperfect Cell

This is cell's first form he is the ultimate android created by 

Dr. Gero he needs to absorb 17 & 18 to become complete

this form of Cell has hard trouble beating Piccolo.

He absorbs numerous people.

Non/Perfect Cell

This form of Cell beats 16, but can't handle Super Vegeta or Super Trunks. 

Perfect Cell

This form of Cell is very powerful in this form he beats Vegeta and Trunks then he fights Goku and he also wins. Cell's mistake was to make Gohan angry. This form of Cell is killed by SSJ2 Gohan's Super Kamehameha.
