Medocino Coast!
Beautiful and scenic coastline a couple miles north of Fort Brag off of a windy highway 1. High tide after 3 pm, A little chilly but great fun!

Happy Orange Star!
At a state park a couple miles north of Fort Brag we visited some tide pools filled with Purple/Orange starfish, sea urchin, hermit crabs, and small fish. These small creatures live in these sheltered pools away from the crashing waves. |

Shrimp coctail anyone?
Seaside Restaurant overlooking the foggy coast. Tracy a big fan of sea food, endulges in a shrimp coctail, a crock of clam chowder, and a fresh crab salad. Also serving grilled crab sandwich's and delicious fish and chips with malt vinegar. yum.... |
Mendocino Point
(Left) Off the cliff's of Mendocino there are little jetties that come off the main land that if venturous and brave enough you can obtain a spectacular view with water on three sides.
