Sunrise in Monument Valley

The sunrise in Monument Valley is one of the most spectacular scenes Mother Nature has to offer. Countless people have experienced it and many of them were touched deeply. Some of them took pictures and posted them. Here are my favorites from all over the internet.

Sunrise Time

Get up and hour before sunrise. Don't miss it!

Arizona and Utah are both in the Mountains Time Zone, BUT: Utah observes daylight saving time, Arizona doesn't, EXCEPT for the Navajo reservation, which does. Yes, this is a little bit complicated (and it gets even more interesting if you head back for Nevada and into the Pacific Time Zone, which in Summer is an hour behind Utah and the Navajo Reservation, but the same as Arizona, except for the Navajo Land . . .)
