.RolePlaying is a MUST! Non rp'ing will result in a strike if witnessed by a leader or officer. Three strikes and you will be removed from the guild. We are a Roleplaying guild so lets all roleplay.
.No Begging. This will not be tolerated. If witnessed by a leader or officer you will be removed from the guild. There is a difference in asking for help and begging for it.
.Respect all guild members. If you have a problem with somone never flame it over guild chat. Speak to a officer or Leader in private and the issue will be resolved. Speaking about this in guild chat will be viewed as 1. A violation of rule 1 and you will recieve a strike and 2 Depending on the severity of the chat, it could result in dismissal from the guild.
.Be respectful toward other guild members. Anyone outside the guild is fair game but please keep in mind not to get the guild into any trouble with Sigil. We want to have a fun time being evil, we dont want to be watched by Sigil.
.Loot from all raids will be looted by Lords of the Legion, this person or persons will be designated before the raid begins. After the raid the looted items will be accounted for by the advisors and they will determine who the items go to based on NBG. YOU MUST be present on the raid in order to qualify for loot obtained.
.Ranks will be given out by leaders and class leaders. More on this to come.
.All new members will have a probationary period of two weeks. And the new members will be referred to as Grunts.
.Officers Meetings. There will be an officer meeting each month. All members of the rank of Commander, General, Lord and up will be required to attend these meetings. The only reason not to attend this meeting is Real Life responsibilities. No other members other than those listed are allowed to attend these meetings. If you are an officer and are logged into the game and are not at this meeting you will receive a strike against you for not participating in a guild event. Three strikes and you will be removed from the guild, one strike can cause you to lose rank. Two strikes and you are infantry again.
.Guild meetings. Each member of the guild regardless of rank is required to attend as many of these meetings as possible. Guild meetings will be called at least a week in advance of the actual meeting. Officers MUST ATTEND these meetings unless Real life does not allow him/her to do so.
.Acknowledging Higher Ranking Members: When you meet a higher ranking member you MUST recognize this member by either bowing or saluting, depending on the rank of the member. If its an officer then you need to bow. A higher ranking member than you, you just need to salute.
.Inactive members: The higher the rank you were the more time that can pass before you get dismissed from the guild. If you were an officer and you do not log in the game for a week you will lose your rank and fall to the highest rank within your class. And for each month that passes that you dont log into the game you drop 1 rank until finnally your removed.
.Guild Raids: This rule will be discussed at the first guild meeting we have.
.Classes that are not allowed for membership: As of right now the only class that is not allowed to join the Legion is the Paladin. This class does not fit our standard for RP purposes.
.You must be a member of the Dark Legion message boards in order to qualify for ranks higher than that of Grunt. If you are not a member of the message board you will stay the rank of grunt and after your two weeks probation period is over you will be dismissed from the guild.
