Alright,and so this is a better image of The Guitar Room practice space,standing up,sitting down,if your serious about practicing this is a pretty good set of equipment for it.Oh yeah,the 1st floor plumbing incident has come and gone,that was really close,I got called and arrived in the nick of time,as soon as I got in I freaked out,couple of minutes more and the whole Lair's set of equipment would've gotten drenched.I ran out bought a candle and started getting everything out of the trickling waters way by putting each piece back in it's original box and out of harms way.The whole suite was leaking water from the ceiling thru every nook and cranny,in the main engine room upon entering I was greeted by about 7 inches of water and counting,that was really close.We're noo longer there though,currently we're@ the Pearl street marker adress.
