Brogan Talic: Brogan is a Knight of the Iron Fist (see the 'Prestige Classes' page), one of the travelling clerics of Etrusca who actively seek out enemies of their deity and practice his justice on them. He originally joined the party in the hope its path would lead him to Gan. Now that Gan has been defeated there are many other enemies who need Etrusca's justice...
Darrien Erricks: Darrin is a wizard who recently joined the party. He does not talk about himself, though his appearance and style of dress are foreign to Chandreskahr and he speaks with a clipped accent. His magic is in enigma to the rest of the party as well; he appears to summon raw energy and shape it into a number of effects instead of using traditional incantations.
Fayde: Fayde (as he is known by the party) joined the party during their trek across the Sa-Tathenen Ra. He is of Guarrashi blood, a feline race of extradimensional origin. Though not a full-blooded Guarrash (his tribe's ancestors settled on the plane of Vinifera centuries ago) his combat and spellcasting skills are formidable. He is currently wandering to seek knowledge and enlightenment, and joined the party to that end.
Kalista: Once the sole female party member, Kalista is Hank's ward. He found her an orphaned infant during his last quest far to the north, and has raised her as his daughter. Her innate magical powers have led her down the path of a sorceror, though she is working hard to master the way of the warrior. INACTIVE: Kalista remained in Highfork when the party departed for Chandreskahr to take ship to the east.
Leppem: A full blooded elf, Leppem hails from the elven city of Findanye. He travels to learn, and is collecting information on magic he encounters that is different from his own. Leppem was recently slain in battle with Gan and resurrected by clerics of Etrusca in Chandreskahr. The process left a dark brown mark in the shape of a gauntlet covering half of his back, but Leppem currently has no plans to convert.
Beaver Cleaver: Highfork Village's only native half-orc, Beaver is a skilled warrior and brutal in combat. His prowess has managed to keep him alive, although his tendency to charge straight at any type of danger requires a lot of healing magic.... INACTIVE: Beaver is currently undergoing a yearlong initiation to become a Bloodrager (see the 'Prestige Classes' page).
Zelos: Zelos is a ranger who makes his home well outside the village itself. His vigilance and skills have warned Highfork of danger many times and noone knows the surrounding area as well as he. A half elf, he is unassuming and keeps a watchful eye out at all times. His aim and speed with a longbow have become legend across Chandreskahr Barony. INACTIVE: Zelos returned to Highfork to investigate rumors of a goblinoid army forming in the mountains at the northern border of Chandreskahr.
Depp Reshin: Depp is a bard who joined the party after the defeat of the Stonereaver and the Ascension of Jahalaira. Having heard of the party's exploits from her home in North Cambria she traveled to Highfork in the hopes of meeting them. INACTIVE: Depp returned to Highfork with Zelos.
Ivexian Skellos: INACTIVE: Ivexian is currently a prisoner in the Blackwell Gaol in Chandreskahr.
Hank: A retired adventurer and Kalista's guardian, Hank owns the Rusty Halberd Inn and Tavern in Highfork. He is a friendly and generous fellow of about 50 winters. Hank is reputed to have a large horde of gold (although he doesn't show it) but will answer no questions on the matter. The battered greatsword, breastplate, and helmet hung up behind the bar of his tavern speak mute witness to his fighting prowess. The Rusty Halberd serves as the party's unofficial base.
Belhash Greyhammer: One of the few Dwarven inhabitants of Highfork, Belhash runs a blacksmith, weaponsmith and armoring shop next to the Rusty Halberd. Another retired adventurer, he is gruff and often rude, but his work is second to none (at least in his current market). When not in his shop (which also serves as his home), Belhash can usually be found on the end stool at the bar of the Halberd, swapping stories with Hank and anyone else who will listen.
Gan: Known by many names, Gan has crossed the party's path on several occasions. A disgraced cleric of Etrusca he is currently a member of the Deathspeaker cult. Gan is a master of disguise and deception and has sent assassins after the party members on those occasions when they have foiled his diabolical plots. So far he has failed though time will tell...UPDATE: Gan was bested by the party at the Pyramid Crypt of Badr al-Hadir. Whether this is really his demise or not remains to be seen.
Isand Katri'an: Isand is the mistress of the Shadehands, a rogue's guild in the capital city of Chandreskahr. She has served as a source of information for the party on several occasions, and seems to work every situation out so that they are indebted to her. One of the few remaining Brown Elves, Isand is known as 'Kat' to those who are familiar with her. Her motives are (as always) shrouded in mystery and her intentions toward the party seem genuinely in their best interest. For now at least...
Gioshoki: Gioshoki's jet black hair and dark complexion betray his eastern heritage. He is a Kensai swordmaster who serves as Kat's bodyguard, messenger, and lieutenant. His loyalty to her knows no boundaries and his skill with the curved swords of his homeland has no equal.
Split-Fang: The gnoll shaman of the Blackspear Tribe, Split-Fang has encountered the party on several occasions. He told them of Profion's crypt, and later warned them of an impending hobgoblin raid on Highfork Village. Old and cunning, Split-Fang's alliance with the party will last only as long as it serves his mysterious purpose. UPDATE: Split-Fang recovered the Ebon Orb, a black gem that casts a continuous high-level Animate Dead spell and binds those animated beings to the wielder's will. He is currently assembling an undead army in the mountains north of Highfork. His intentions are unknown, though after all, he IS a gnoll.
Aminah beni Khatib ibn Muta al Majid- Aminah (as the party came to call her) was the Mameluke assigned to the party as a guide upon their arrival in Halwiya. A young, junior member of the a'al Abbudin regiment, she was instrumental in the events encountered by the party in the City of Pearls. Although they requested she accompany them to the Sa'Tathenen Ra mountain range, she was forbidden to leave the city by her superiors.
