Grin Promotions was set up to bring the stormin sound of the underground to the club scene of Cornwall, fed up with the washed out commercial crap we were hearing everyweek in the club of newquay/falmouth/truro we decided it was time to do something new and something that would get the souls bouncing once again! The intention of Grin is too put on a night that will provide a good vibe so that everyone who attends will enjoy and go home grinning!
When it happening
For our Second night, to be held at FOSTERS nite club in Newquay, Cornwall, on the 26th April, we're bringin u the phat smokin sound of homegrown Dj's, these guys have been bangin out the toons as raves and parties for the past few years and are respected for playing pukka tunes
To start the nite off Joe and steve are bringin u a the first fruity set straight from their laptop from 9pm to 10pm
Next up will by Olly White who'll be bringin up an hour set of the dark, phat bassed breakbeats from the more traditionally method of the turntables!
Stepin up to the Decks next will be Mr Nathan buscombe who will start rollin out some of Phat fruity Drum and Bass and pickin the pace up for the.....
The Dark Prophecies (AKA Cyril and Baz) who will be bringin you the some of the most sinister and dark Drum and bass to be heard in the clubs of Newquay!
The sound system
The sound system is being provided by MILSOUNDS, who are providing a brand new Opus Audio 8.5K system that has been tweaked to provided extra low sub frequencies!
Entrance
This time No tickets are required and it will be a measly Fiver on the door!
