Hamburger and Potato Casserole

Ingredients

2 pounds ground chuck
1 bunch parsley, minced
4 onions, minced
salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 pounds potatoes sliced 1/2-inch think
1 pound tomatoes [I use canned tomatoes]
2 green bell peppers, sliced

Directions

Mix meat, parsley, and onions together. Press into the bottom of a 9 X 13-inch pan. Salt potatoes and rinse; put on meat mixture. Arrange tomatoes on top of potatoes. Place peppers around the tomatoes. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
