I have other passions besides programming. Ethnic cooking is one of them. A friend of mine suggested (he was probably joking) that I put my recipes on the internet. Well, I decided to do just that. I lent several of my cookbooks only to have them disappear. So, if you want my recipes, this is the place to get them. I have accumulated my recipes from several books and web sites. Where I know the source, I'll try to do justice to them. Like any like-minded amateur cook, I have my favorite cuisines. So, if you notice any glaring omissions or excess, that's why. If I get overwhelming requests at cuileanraven@hotmail.com for a new country, I'll see what I can do. Also, if you want to submit a recipe, send it to cuileanraven@hotmail.com as well. If you can, include the name of the dish in both English and its native language (using the English alphabet), as well as the recipe's country of origin (or region if it's American).
