From Cook's Money Saver
Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons chicken broth
8 ounces tomato sauce
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup red wine
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 teapsoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon allspice
Directions
Pound the chicken to 1/2-inch thickness. Spray a large skillet with non-stick spray. Preheat over medium-high heat. Add the chicken to the skillet. Brown the chicken lightly on both sides. Add a small amount of broth, if necessary, to prevent burning. Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce the heat, then simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
