Halo is was a fantasically sucsessful first-person shooter that was first relased in 2001. In the single player mode, you play the Master Chief, a bio-enineered, technologically enhanced super soldier. You,the marines, and a powerful AI (artificial intelligence) battle the group of aliens that call themselves the Covenant. In the multiplayer mode, up to 16 people can play againsteach other in capture the flag, slayer (the first person/team to reach a certain number of kills), or oddball(the teams try to keep the "ball" [a skull] for a set amount of time).

Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic is a role-playing game set 4000 years before the Star Wars Movies. The Sith and the Republic are at war for control of the galaxy.You play as a person fighting for the Republic, eventually you become a jedi and "The fate of the galaxy is in your hands..."
