One morning I woke up and asked myself, "Why am I not perfect?" Peering out my bedroom window I found that nothing in nature was "perfect". Each entity, every living being in nature had its own and unique imperfections. Each leaf was not exactly symmetrical. Every flower was not flawlessly scented. Therefore, I discovered that perfection was really only an entity with slight imperfections. That everything in nature had to be perfect because it is nature and all things are created to be naturally right and perfect in their own state of being.
With each imperfection that I found within myself was a learning experience and I realized that my previous definition of perfect was not truly meant for this earth. I am here, I make mistakes, and I learn from them. As long as learning happens, that grows toward perfection in your own state of being. Until that occurs, we are all, each and every one of us, perfect with nature. I can only ask of myself to do the best that I can, since I am the hardest judge of me, and to be the best that I can become. Yet, it seems as though becoming the best that I can be would be easier if I had all of the answers.
I have always thought that there should be a book that was written so we could learn all of the things that they don't teach you in school, but that everyone seems to walk around knowing. It's like the key to life is the best kept secret. The problem is that everyone has their own and different key and we all have it hiding in a different place. It's finding it that is the hard part and knowing where to put it so that you can always find it again if it gets lost or misplaced. As far as that book goes, I figure it should be equal to all the things that you learn from experience that can't be taught, but written out so that the actual experience part isn't necessary. It would be like gaining intellectual knowledge. However, it turns out most things are useless pieces of knowledge and it's the experience part that makes it wisdom. To make it real wisdom, you have to learn from it. I hope you all continue to have experiences to learn from to gain more wisdom, just more positive ones.
