This one doesn't really mean anything in the intellectual sense.  I was just trying to express what it's like when repressed emotions are finally released.  It can get ugly.  It feels a little like the poem is having a bloody fit, doesn't it?
Well the next one is in a similar vein.  Except maybe bloodier.
