HISTORY: The younger sister of Tony "Iron Man" Stark, Toni grew up in his shadow and that caused her to act out a bit. He was always the successful one and she hated being compared to him. When he vanished, though, she took it hard. She hated growing up in his shadow, but she loved her brother. In case of his disappearance, a note was given to her which told her about a safe in his office with info for her. She found the safe and the info inside it which told her all about Iron Man. It also had info about his wishes that Toni take over Stark Enterprises and his confidence in her abilities. She took over Stark Enterprises, determined to not only make Tony proud of her, but to also make a name for herself. She also took over the role of Iron Man, but altered it to make it unique for herself.
PERSONALITY: Likes to be organized when it comes to business, but is not too rigid. She does allow for some flexibility. She does what she thinks is best despite if others disagree.
HOBBIES: Working out, tinkering with gadgets, cooking
LIKES: Having spare cash on hand, making people think she's weaker then she actually is.
DISLIKES: Prejudiced people, not having cash on hand when she needs it.

Wears a modified Iron Man armor which has such elements as booster rockets in the boots, a jet pack for flight, a cord projectile with magnetic grapple, repulsor beams, sonic wave beam projectors, EMP pulse generators and chest cannon (powerful weapons which drain the energy cells big time), laser blades emerging from either side of the gauntlets, Mini-missile launchers (14 missiles total on abdomen and legs with about the power of a half-stick of TNT each), mini-flame thrower, and concussion bomblets in gauntlet compartments.
