All too many IM convos go "heya, whats up?, nm you?, nm, and continue on like that BORING BORING BORING. SO...here's a stupid list of games you can play with your peeps on-line. Stupid, retarted, I know...but hey, it beats having to talk about the school skank.
Have a typing contest:
~Decide on a sentence (decided on something weird and psyco)
~One person says, "GO"!
~Each person types the sentence and who ever types it first, (use the timestamp to help) wins and gets to make up the next sentence.
~Alphabet forwards or backwards is a good one
Have a scavenger hunt:
~Decide on what each person must find on a web site
~One person say go!
~The first person to find the picture/address/text decided on wins, you can send pictures over IMs, now so it's easy!
Some possibilities are:
~find a picture with both superman and batman in it
~find the lyrics to "unncle kracker's" new song
~when was nirvana started?
~find a picture of a girl kissing a duck
~find a recpie for hicken noodle soup
~find a site with famous quotes by cartoon charachters on it
Make an on-line crazy story:
~Have one person start the story
~Take turns writing the story sentence by sentence
Play truth or e-mail:
~One person either picks truth or e-mail
~Truth, you must answer one question truthfully
~E-mail, you must e-mail the person of youre opponet's choise anything they want you to
~you can prove you sent the email by also senting a copy to your opponent
~you cannot send a follow up e-mail saying it was a joke
Pick up some chicks:
~Both make a new s/n and go into a popular chat room
~Pretend to be a person of the opposite sex
~See how many people you can "pick up"
~Added bonus if they want to keep in touch later, or send you their pic
Freak out your friends
~Both make a new s/n
~Pretend to be a person of the same
~Each person chooses someone they know to im and "freak out"
~Whoever goes the longest without the other person knowing its them wins
Make an annoying survey
~All rite this isn't a game, but it makes boredom go away
~Both take turns making up a 100 qustion survey (50 questions each)
~Questions like, name, age, birthday don't count (ex, what do you think about guys in spandex?) thats a good one
~Hypothetical question are also good (if you were on top of a burning buildin with people coming at you with knives, what would you do?
