The house is on a 2 acre piece of land. That's about 250 feet by 350 feet It sits back from the road around two hundred feet.  It's about half woods, half cleared.  There is room for a nice garden, and room to make a fenced in area for Mojo.  There is a path to the snowmobile trail, which is also good for cross country skiing, mountain biking, and walking the dog.  The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open plan living room/kitchen.

The house has a nicely landscaped driveway.  The basement is part garage, part office, part utility room.  There is space to finish more rooms.
