Dear Ms. McCoy, *the* Band Director
You can bet, that you were the best,
Teacher, friend, director at Forks High School
Or anywhere I’ve found, actually.
Your sense of humour, Always laughing.
But yet firm and less than patient at times.
You got things done,
I learned a lot,
Devotion for a passion
You were a friend
I should have said the words
“Good Bye.”
But I could not.
I still write to you,
Hoping you’ll remember me.
You do, thankfully.
You were a teacher, a friend,
I’ll never forget.
