Today I was the only one who showed up for volunteers for my shift. Ah well. But I did get to do some different things today. This first was moving a cat into Iso, to make room for another that came in, (So I was setting up a cage for the first time). Then we euthanized two dogs (deemed unadoptable because they were suspect biters). After that I cleaned out two more cat cages and set them up, helped with the exam for another cat that came in, and topped things off with a dog exam. And that was today!
This will probably be the last time I volunteer that Heatland for this term, and since it is now spring break, you won't be hearing anything more for at least a couple of weeks! Later!
