Space Date 102802: Docking Bay OSU VTH, 0900-1200 hrs

Caught the tail end, as usual, of grand rounds (when everyone gets together and talks about what's been going on.) Walked a couple horses. Was shown how to hook up a catheter, (note: that is not inserting a catheter, that is merely hooking it up to fluids. And for those who don't know what a catheter is, it is the thingy they insert under the skin, in a vein to give intraveinous fluids by. The *other* type of catheter is a *urinary* catheter, which is inserted through the urethra.)

Assisted with a mother and baby alpacas. The mother was having radiographs done of her head to check on her teeth, I think it was. I got to hold the baby alpaca to make sure she didn't get in the x-rays. That was kewl. And that pretty much finishes up the significant things today.
