Israel passes Solar Law. Germany follows suit. |

| Solar Water Heaters abound in
Israel. For national security reasons, beginning in 1980, the Israeli
Government wisely put aside the special interests of the power companies
to pass laws promoting Solar Water Heaters, and restricting electric water heaters.
Unfortunately In the United States, providing electric power is big money,
and money is power. It is up to each individual American to
