November 30th, 2001 Hi There! It's early morning and its November 30th 2001....Yea! And MEW is STILL around. Wooooo. MEW held is FORTH show SCARRED FOR LIFE on November 25th in Portage, Indiana. I must say that I was calm about it, but I was VERY nervous about the show. We lost some "friends"...we lost some "vets" and I personally though we were going to lose some more of both. And we probably still will. Infact, I KNOW we will...but its all of the better. The show went very smoothly and even though the turn-out wasn't all that rocktastic...we had fun, made money, and another show is in the books. The show was GREAT, from close to the top to the bottom...it was well worth the fans $10 and all of MEW's hard work. I say it was GREAT "close to the top" for a simply reason that those on the "inside" can think of easily. Its obvious if you know whats going on. No one was hurt so thats ok...but it leads to A LOT more question of trust and friendship. But like always, you learn from the show and eventually I'll meet all the other's "great" standards so I can be a "LEGIT PROMOTER". Ah, I still mark out for shit and I enjoy it...so you can through all that crap out the window with the oh-so needed "Professionalism". The Next MEW show is December 23rd...It will be a very interesting show. I see some things going on at the show that will change MEW forever...and in a good way. The line-up is on the MEW site and like always, "CARD SUBJECT TO MUTHA FRUCKIN' CHANGE". Its in Portage again, so this time get your directions and then get to Willowdale...then turn left on Mulberry. See YOU there sexy bitch!(Yes! I mean you!) I'm leaving for now.
