Versions

It's only Version 4.0! Don't know how many more there will be, but here you can see what the previous versions looked like. Pretty simple, I guess, but the content is pretty much the same, just that it looked different. (Which, I think, is the point of revamps and new versions. ^^;;)

Look at it... so simple... yet I liked it... *sobs*

Version 1.0

My very first version, ahaha, although I didn't think it would count as a version. The page background colours were different (the main was cyan, but there were other colours, including a bright blinding green ^^;;) and things were cluttered... for navigation I put all links at the bottom of all the pages, a nightmare for me to update when I had a new section up. Very primitive. ^^;;

Frames, people! Mwahahahah...

Version 2.0

I changed all the background colours to a light blue, a lot more pleasant on the eyes, and I also put the page in frames to save me the trouble of updating the links on every page (see Version 1.0). Still a bit cluttered, though.

...What's the difference? Oh yes! Menus! ^_^

Version 2.2

Let's see. ChickPages closed down so I moved to Angelfire. I used drop-down menus in the frames, the scripts courtesy of Lissa Explains It All. I also cleaned up several of the pages.

Look at the nice yummy watermelon! ^^;; / And I love that Hotbar skin!!!

Version 3.0

I got tired of the blue backgrounds and the Arial Narrow font, so I headed on to a new Version to make the page a lot more different. White backgrounds and Verdana/Arial font, watermelons on every page ^^;; and, well, a lot of things have been changed and I cleaned up a bit more. I kept the drop-down menu, still from Lissa Explains It All, and on the main page there are links to all sections in my page for those who don't want to - or can't - use the frames version. Doesn't work (for me anyway) on Netscape so I had it link to another frame without drop-down menus. (You can try it if you like, aheh.) And of course, there's the no-frames version where you can get to places from the home page. ^___^

I decided I needed a change around the place, and I wanted to do over a couple of sections on my site and come up with something 'fresh'. It really isn't much different from the old version, except for the Frames layout and the colour scheme, oh and don't forget that I changed the usual font size from 2 to 1. The colour scheme is based on my current favourite colours, red and orange (my sister likes orange and passed on her preference to me unawares). The Frames layout isn't spectacular, but I like it, nice and simple and fast to load. Oh yeah, and I changed the menu, got rid of the drop-down menus. In a nutshell, I'd like to describe the layout as NOT BLUE! ^^;;
