The victims loose all rationality and begin acting pleasantly loony with no regard for self-restraint or even personal safety. Other Abilities: Demolitons and Build/Repair Description: A tall and well muscled man dressed in a pair of army pants, combat boots, an old black shirt that saids 'If you can't laugh at yourself MAKE FUN OF OTHERS.', and a black coat with the sleeves torn off. Along his right arm is a happy face and hells angels tattoo and on the other arm is a cross tattoo and super man symbol. Strapped to his side is a big knife and a gun, strapped to his leg is a sawed off shot gun, and attached to his boot is an army knife. But what really stands out is the mask he wears. A white clown mask, with a creepy smile and the eye holes seem to be ripped open, showing off deep blue eyes. History: Not much is known about his Mr. Madd except that he is quite a loon. He travels across whats left of the united states and creates chaos were he goes. He sees the worse of the worse and laughs in its face. Some say he used to be one of the few marine team which try to keep peace in the united states, but lost his mind after he saw all the blood fights. Another saids he comes from one of the many mutant scavanger clans which picks off the leavings of the dead.
