Holiday Gift Wrapping for Scotland!

Our Barnes and Noble Fundraiser is beginning to take shape.   Thanks to Kay Kundinger who did the leg work.   I have  stepped in to give her a little reprieve.  Thanks to all who  have already signed up to support this effort.   By November  15th, I will compile a list and email it to the volunteers  to serve as a reminder and confirmation.  Basically, we  are wrapping gifts at Barnes and Noble for donations.  This  message is a plea for additional volunteers.  We need  4 "wrappers" total for each date and time.  We must have at  least one adult at each shift.  We are working both Westgate  and Pruneyard locations and need help on the following dates  and times:

 

PRUNEYARD LOCATION

 

Friday, Nov 25th  9:00am-2:00pm  (4 volunteers needed, need  1 adult) -- "Earnest" dry tech

 

Friday, Nov 25th  6:00pm-10:00pm (3 volunteers needed, have  adult)

 

Friday, Dec 2nd 2:00pm to 6:00pm (3 volunteers needed, have  adult)

 

Friday, Dec 9th  6:00pm to 10:00pm (4 volunteers needed,  need one adult) conflict with "The Importance of Being  Earnest"

 

Wednesday, Dec 14th 6:00-10:00pm (3 volunteers, have adult)

 

WESTGATE LOCATION

 

Sat, Nov 26th  2:00pm to 6:00pm (3 volunteers needed, have  adult) "Earnest" rehearsal

 

Sun, Nov 27th  2:00pm to 6:00pm (2 volunteers needed)

 

Sun, Nov 27th  6-10 all set!

 

Friday, Dec 9th 6-10pm all set! (provided those who signed  up are aware of  conflict with "Earnest")

 

Monday, Dec 12th, 6-10pm  all set!

 

Thursday, Dec 15th, 6-10pm all set!

 

Sunday, Dec 18th,  9-2pm (1 volunteer needed)

 

Thursday, Dec 22nd 2p-6p (3 volunteers needed)

 

For the times marked (have adult) additional volunteers can  be either students or adults.  Please respond to Paula  Yuhara at pyuhara@aol.com if you are able to help out during  any of these wrapping events.  If you can only be there for  part of the time,  we might be able to work out some split  shifts so don't hesitate to contact me if you are unable  to commit to the total of 4 or 5 hours.  If this is  all "new" news to you or you have additional questions about  the fundraiser, please don't hesitate to contact me for more  information.  Thanks in advance for your support and  cooperation.
