Upon finishing the marking out next I started to though of how to cut my casing. As all of use know not all the modders own a dremel. All I have is a Power Hand Drill. So I guess I have to go the long way.

The pictures above shows how difficult it was to actully make holes on the icute sidepannel. Oh no! How long am I going to take to finish with a hand drill?

Ah finally it took me about 45mins to complete one side of the "box" it was hard work. Upon finishing the drilling i took a sheet metal cutter to snip off the connecting ends. If you are thinking of doing this be extra careful not to bend the pannel when u snip.

I decided that the "drill and cut" method was way too tough. So I decided so summon fellow modders for help. Guess what? Thanks to Tze Wei aka Tze^MP3 I got this dremel. Wahahahaa!

Cutting with the dremel was like so simple and fast. Take note: Please becareful when you operate such machinery. Always remember to put on your safety goggles. In the case where goggles are not avaiable like me, I used my glases.

After Filing and debuffing, here is the finished cutting of the side pannel. Noticed there is alittle "retangluar box" at the right bottom corner. Its for my HDD activity Logo. It will be featured later.
