The NFL has different point values for different scores, and has different point ranges depending on your event. The events are broken up into 3 different categories: Events, Debate, and Platform. Below is a description of the differing point values.
The left column represents the score that the judge gives you in a round, and the right column represents the number of NFL points that will go on your official record.

Congress is a bit more tricky. There are no uniform scoring procedures, so you will have to check with Frenchie or Mr. Cook to determine your Congress scores. It is important that you keep track of the number of speeches that you give during the day. If the official score keeper makes a mistake, you need to have something to show your coaches that you gave a speech.
