A short time later, Maria and Jeremy have taken there marks. Maria smiling prettily as she holds the microphone in her left hand. Jeremy stands besides her, NBWF world title lying over his shoulder as she then asks her first question.

Maria Kanellis- “So Frank, now that I have you here, I wanted your thoughts on your match coming up at Backlash.”

Jeremy Wilson- “There ain’t going to be a match! I mean, I don’t have one”

Maria Kanellis- “Sure you do, you’re teamed with...”

Holding up his hand to stop Maria, Jeremy closes his eyes to forget the details.

Jeremy Wilson- “Do not even say it because it is not true.”

Maria Kanellis- “Okay, so you are in this handicap match against...”

Jeremy 's eyes darken, his voice taking on an angry edge.

Jeremy Wilson- “NO! I am against Edge and Edge only. It’s probably for the title too in his mind, but whatever it doesn’t matter because he is a loser and he is going to do what losers do, Maria.”

Maria Kanellis- “And what’s that?”

Jeremy Wilson- “Um Maria, that’s easy... he is going to lose.”

Maria Kanellis- “If I can get a little personal, Frank...”

Jeremy Wilson- “Sure go for it. What do I care?”

Maria Kanellis- “I have been worried about you and what Serenity and Edge are trying to do. How are you feeling? What is going through your mind?”.

Jeremy laughs, softly. Adjusting the title across his shoulder.

Jeremy Wilson- “It’s funny you say that because I had completely forgotten Serenity was even in the NBWF. I knew getting her the diva roster job was a sure fire way to get her to go into hiding. It’s been two weeks since she has fired Torrie and no one has heard from her.”

Maria Kanellis- “You are always the clever one, Frank.”

Jeremy Wilson- “I know, but I do kind of feel bad. Here Edge was about to get everything he ever wanted and his crutch walked off leaving him to fall. He shouldn’t be surprised, it’s how Serenity is, how she has always been. She gets what she wants and stews in silence. She’ll comeback to take credit for something she didn’t do and then she’ll go silent again.”

Maria Kanellis- “Well what if Edge beats you?”.

Jeremy Wilson- “I’d say I would retire, but we all know Steph won’t allow that. She just LOVES tormenting me and the best way to do that is to keep me here. Besides Edge will never beat me. He hasn’t the skill or talent I possess.”

Maria Kanellis- “So, if anyone else is out there for your match?”

Jeremy Wilson- “Um Maria, there are going to be other people out there. The hall of famer, GOD of commentary Jerry The King Lawler and GOD of the Spinaroonie, Booker T. Oh and we can’t forget that sexy ring announcer Lillian Garcia.”

Maria Kanellis- “I meant in your match.”

Jeremy Wilson- “Maria, we are going to have a referee, who else would be involved? If anyone else is out there it is called interference and Edge is getting disqualified.”

Maria Kanellis- “ And..”

Jeremy Wilson- “And I would say Serenity would be out there with Edge, but we all know that isn’t going to happen. Again, she has got lost in her office. She managed to fire Torrie then got lost in the paperwork she has forgotten to file.”

Maria Kanellis- “ I say she is just very busy".

Jeremy Wilson- “ Serenity, busy?. I will be shocked if she even realizes she has been named the special ref in this match with Arianna and Eve. I say she hasn’t even checked the card… You give her too much credit Maria. The woman is bloody useless ".

Maria Kanellis- “Frank, I heard about your run-in with the A word earlier.”

Jeremy Wilson- “It was unpleasant... MOVE ON!”.

Maria Kanellis- “What are your thoughts on Lee Dragonali?”

Jeremy Wilson- “I do not have any because he is not worth one... any... of my thoughts. He is less than nothing to me. I will never have any involvement with the man.”

Maria Kanellis- “And why is that?”

Jeremy Wilson- “HE IS NOTHING and I am the world heavyweight champion. He will never be on that level with me. He will never be in a position to get a title shot. So you see Maria, I will never have to deal with him. He is a freak, a loser... a delusional loser at that. He has seen one too many episodes of Charmed and Supernatural and now he has a case of mistaken identity, mistaken reality. Now tell me WHY someone like me would ever want to go near him?. He would KILL my image. In fact, if you listen very close you will hear the sound of laughter.,. That is everyone pointing at HIM and having a giggle… ”

Maria Kanellis- “He is pretty crazy.”

Jeremy Wilson- “It is the same reason I will never team with Abyss, because I have an image and it is one that Abyss would destroy! So it will never happen. I will go in that ring and show the world that Edge should be feuding with Justin Gabriel rather than me. He is on the level of the US Championship, as in, at the bottom of the totem pole.”

Maria Kanellis- “Well I suppose that is all l I have for this interview!”

Jeremy Wilson- “Good, because I have stuff to do.”

Maria starts packing her things as Jeremy grins devilishly and then goes to kiss Maria on the cheek. Maria turns her head and Jeremy’s lips connect with hers, but they do not pull away. Instead Maria’s hands cup around the London Sensation’s face as Jeremy’s slide up her arms. Jeremy pulls away, wondering what is going on, the cameraman still rolling. …

After his interview Jeremy is leaving when he bumps into Arianna, by accident.

Jeremy Wilson: “Hey there, watch out love.”

Arianna Bessette: “Oh I am so sorry!”.

Jeremy laughs.

Jeremy Wilson: “It’s quite alright.”

Arianna Bessette: “Maybe we should exchange information, in case of any damages.”

Jeremy Wilson: “You trying to ask me for my number?

Arianna Bessette: “ That’s not what I meant, it was just a...”

Jeremy laughs

Jeremy Wilson: “Relax, I know it was just a joke. I made one of my own back.”

Arianna Bessette: “Oh, I get it now.”

Jeremy Wilson: “So where are you off to in such a hurry?”

Arianna Bessette: “I was going to get an interview with Maria.”

Jeremy Wilson: “Well she has just left for the day.”

Arianna Bessette: “ Well that 's just my luck…"

Jeremy Wilson: “ Excuse me?".

Arianna Bessette: “ I have a full day through the weekend and then Backlash is...”

Jeremy Wilson: “Well, I guess you’ll have to go to the ring then.”

Her eyes open wide.

Arianna Bessette: “The ring?! I don’t think I’m ready...”

Jeremy smiles.

Jeremy Wilson: “I think you are and, I can come out there and introduce you. I can be a fill-in-Maria, but with a lot more intelligence and more of an attention getter. I mean look at me.”

Arianna Bessette: “Mmmhmmm...”

Jeremy Wilson: “What was that?”.

Arianna Bessette: “I don't know Jeremy. I am not prepared for this. I mean what if I get out there and stay something utterly stupid and make no sense?".

Jeremy Wilson: “ Oh these fans are used to some of us making fools of ourselves or saying something mindless or something that makes no sense. I mean, look at Tank for your example. They cheer for him alright.. They cheer cause he is leaving the ring, same thing goes for Orton".

In spite of herself, Jeremy spots a smile creeping onto her face.

Jeremy Wilson: “ Besides, I am the world champion. You can't get a better endorsement then that, right?. Us standing side by side in the ring?. What do you say?. You fancy a walk to the ring with me, and meet the fans?".

Arianna Bessette: "Alright.. Against my better judgment. I will go."

Jeremy Wilson: “Okay then, get ready to come out. I’ll be there waiting to question you love.”

Arianna Bessette: " I won't be long. Just wait for me here"

Jeremy Wilson: “ I will be standing here when you come out."

Jeremy watches, giving her an encouraging smile as she takes a deep breath, then walks away….
