You may be thinking "why should we save our sharks?" Well, I will tell you.
Over one million sharks are killed each year due to hatred, fear, sport, fishing, shark fin soup, ect.
live sharks are pulled up onto a boat & than the fins on the still alive shark are sliced off with a very sharp knife & thrown into a pile.
After that the rest of the now finless shark is thrown off the boat to die. And the reason for this barberic practice..... For a bowl of soup.
So imagine that someone cuts off your arms & legs & tosses you into the ocean, you will drown. Now you kinda get an idea of how a shark feels when it gets it's fins chopped off just for a stupid bowl of shark fin soup.

For every shark attack on humans, over 1,000000 sharks are killed. Every shark attack on a person is truely an accident or because you are in the sharks terretory. Most or every time a shark is killed by people it is on purpose. All because of fear & hatred or because of by catch & nets disigned to catch other fish, but mostly because fear & hatred. Overfishing has lead to the decline of shark populations world wide. When a live shark is discovered in a fishing net by fishermen it is usually killed, & thrown back into the water. However when a live dolphin is discovered in a fishing net, every effort is usually made to save it. People need to show the same respect for sharks as they do dolphins & marine mammles. The whales are saved, now it's the sharks turn! Remember when you enter the ocean it's the sharks home, not yours. You have a bigger chance of being attacked by a pig than a shark. MORE--}
