ALMOND BISCUITS

Ingredients:
4 oz plain flour
2 oz light soft brown sugar
4-oz margarine or butter (cut it into small pieces)
1 oz ground almond

Sift the flour sugar and ground almonds into a bowl.
Add cut margarine and rub it until evenly distributed.
Add almond essence, then combine the ingredients together
to make a smooth soft dough like shortbread.
Pipe out on tray and bake at 350 degree Celsius for 10 to
12 minutes.
