JAUNE'S AMARETTO

Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
2 cups water
Peel of one lemon
6 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. chocolate extract
1 Fifth 100 proof vodka
6 oz. brandy

METHOD

Bring water, sugar and lemon peel to a boil, then simmer
for 20 minutes. Remove lemon peel and cool to lukewarm.
Then add the rest of the ingredients.

Serve or use as gifts in small decorative bottles/corks
with "From My Kitchen" tags on the bottles.
