FRESH APPLE CAKE

Ingredients:
3 Cups of flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Cup of oil (I use weston)
2 Cups sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. vanilla (always over flow it)
3 Cups of chopped apples

Mix dry ingrents 1st
Cream the oil & sugar next
Add the eggs & vanilla then the apples.
Pour into a floured bunt pan.
Bake at 325 for 1 hr 15 mins in my oven, not sure about yours.....
Just bake until golden
This cake needs NO icing, trust me here.
This is the best apple cake you will have ever eaten. Guaranteed!
Was given to me back in the 80s. 1980s that is.
