BANANA PANCAKES


Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/3 cups milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sliced ripe bananas
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 egg, slightly beaten

Method:
Preheat electric griddle to 380 degrees F.
Sift flour with baking powder and sugar.
Combine egg and milk; stir into flour mixture.
Fold in bananas. lightly oil griddle.

Spoon batter onto griddle.
Cook pancakes until golden brown turning once....
Yield: 10 pancakes.
