BARBECUE MEAT LOAF
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 onion
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 T. vinegar
3 T. brown sugar
2 T. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method:
Mix together beef, crumbs, onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper
and 1/2 can tomato sauce.
Place mixture in baking dish.
Combine 1/2 can tomato sauce, water, vinegar, brown sugar,
mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 1/2 hours.
