Beef Tomato

A Japanese Dish
From Fred's daughter, Lynne's Kitchen

Ingredients:
1/2 lb Tender beef
1 cup each tomatoes, celery, green peppers, round onions
1 slice root ginger, crushed

Beef sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp corn starch
1 tsp liquor

Gravy:
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sugar

Marinate sliced beef in beef sauce.
Sauté ginger in oiled pan.
Sauté beef for 1 to 2 minutes
Add vegetables and cook for 2 minutes
Add gravy

Serves 4
